4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FarzCrafts is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • If tracking information states that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier or delivery service. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds in such cases.

5. Returns & Refunds

As a print-on-demand store, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund:

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  1. You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  2. Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the supplier.

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging.
  • Your order number.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to the size chart before ordering).
  • Customer error in address input.
