At FarzCrafts, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Since we operate a print-on-demand store, all orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners, such as Printful, Printify, and Gelato.

As a result, shipping times may vary based on the location of the printing facility, product availability, and your destination.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent for production with our print-on-demand suppliers. Cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed after this point.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (where available).

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Total delivery time = Processing time (1-3 business days) + Shipping time.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer Standard Shipping for all orders.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost, depending on your location.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the products ordered.

5. International Shipping & Customs Duties

  • We ship internationally to most countries.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country’s customs authority.
  • Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

6. Tracking Information

  • Most orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you upon shipment.
  • Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the system after the order is shipped.
  • If tracking information is unavailable for your order, please reach out to us for assistance.

7. Unforeseen Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to:

8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • FarzCrafts is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building security.
  • FarzCrafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier, we will assist in filing a claim and arranging for a replacement or refund where applicable.
