Return and Refund Policy
At FarzCrafts, every product is custom-made upon order using print-on-demand suppliers such as Printful, Printify, and Gelato. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work with our suppliers to resolve any valid concerns. Please review our policy below before making a return or refund request.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only offer returns or refunds in the following situations:
✅ Defective or Damaged Products – If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
✅ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong item, we will send a replacement or process a refund.
✅ Lost in Transit – If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
❌ Wrong size selection – Please review the size chart before ordering, as all products are custom-made.
❌ Change of mind – Since all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
❌ Shipping delays – We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
2. Reporting an Issue (How to Request a Refund or Replacement)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
📸 Photos of the product clearly showing the issue.
📦 A photo of the packaging & shipping label (if applicable).
📌 Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Send your request to support@farzcrafts.com, and we will review your case with our suppliers.
3. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds do not cover shipping fees, unless the issue was due to our error.
If you prefer, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
4. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Orders are processed immediately after payment and sent for production.
- We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once the order is in production.
- If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
5. Address Errors & Non-Deliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- We do not provide refunds for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
- If an order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building security.
- FarzCrafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
- If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will assist in filing a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Policy Updates
This Returns & Refunds Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website, and customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
